Patricia Wit is a storyteller behind the lens, capturing the world through details, contrasts, and the raw emotions of everyday life. With a deep love for black-and-white photography, she finds beauty in simplicity while embracing the unexpected moments that spark curiosity.
Born in Lima, Peru, to a Chilean mother and Dutch father, Patricia has lived in seven countries and traveled extensively, shaping a unique global perspective. Every place visited, culture experienced, and person encountered influences not only their view of the world but also the way they frame it through photography.
Since January 2023, Patricia has been working on a portrait series highlighting everyday individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. This passion project moves beyond labels and stereotypes, offering an intimate and honest look at the people behind them.
With several private viewings and prints sold, she has also published portfolio books such as: People of the World and Twenty-one Twenty-two.
